FAQ
Everything people ask before their first offer.
Why is there no buy button?
Because on cards like these the asking price is an opinion, not a fact. A fixed price either leaves money on the table or sits unsold for months. Telling you what we want and letting you tell us what it is worth to you gets more cards into more hands, faster, and it means nobody overpays out of impatience.
Does making an offer cost me anything or commit me to anything?
No. An offer is not a payment and nothing is charged. You are committed only once we send an invoice and you choose to pay it. If you offer at or above the asking price we reserve the card in your name for 24 hours — if you change your mind in that window, tell us and it goes back on the board.
What happens if my offer is too low?
You are told immediately, along with the lowest number we would actually take on that card. We would rather hand you the answer than let you guess your way through five more offers. That floor is real — it does not move because you asked twice.
Can I offer on several cards at once?
Yes, and it is the best way to deal here. Add everything you want to the offer sheet, put a number against each, and send them together. A sheet that moves three cards gets more room than a single low offer on one.
How do I know the card is what the label says?
Every listing prints its certificate number. Look it up on the grader's own site before you offer — the population, the grade and the card should match what we published. Then, if you buy it, our own guarantee sits behind it for as long as you own the card.
Do you take trades?
Often. Put the cash part of your offer in the box and describe what you want to trade in the notes with cert numbers. We will value your side honestly and tell you the difference either way.
Do you do payment plans?
On cards over $2,500, yes — typically 25% down and the balance over 60 or 90 days, with the card held in the vault until it is paid. Ask in the notes on your offer and we will send terms with the answer.
How fast does a card ship?
Inside two business days of payment clearing, insured for the full amount with signature on delivery. Anything over $10,000 ships overnight. You get the tracking number and a photo of the packed box before it leaves.
What if it arrives and I hate it?
You have three days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, as long as the holder has not been cracked. We pay return shipping if the card did not match its description, you pay it if you simply changed your mind.
Will you buy my collection?
Yes — outright or on consignment, single cards or a whole estate. Send photos and cert numbers through the sell page and you will have a real number, not a range, inside a day.
