Cards ship within two business days of cleared payment. Anything over $10,000 goes overnight.

You get tracking and a photograph of the packed box before it leaves the building.

Every slab travels in a die-cut foam insert inside a rigid box, sealed with tamper-evident tape, inside a plain outer carton with no indication of what is inside.

Multiple cards ship together in one insured parcel unless you ask otherwise.

Every shipment is insured for the full purchase price with signature required on delivery. Shipping and insurance are on us on anything over $2,500.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, that is our problem and not yours: we refund in full or replace the card, and we chase the carrier ourselves.

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and Japan. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and we will not mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare its value.
