Authenticity Guarantee
A lifetime, full-price buy-back on anything that is not what its label says.
What we guarantee
Every card we sell is guaranteed to be the card named on its certificate, in its original unaltered holder, for as long as you own it.
If any card bought here is later determined by the grading company that slabbed it, or by another major grading company, to be trimmed, recoloured, restored, re-holdered or otherwise not the card on the certificate, we will buy it back for the full amount you paid. Not a credit — the money.
What it does not cover
Grade opinion. If you crack a card out and resubmit it and it comes back lower, that is the risk of resubmission and it is yours.
Damage after delivery, including cracked or scratched holders.
Market value. This guarantee is about authenticity, not about what the card is worth next year.
How to claim
Email the desk with the certificate number and the grading company's finding. We answer within two business days and pay out within five of receiving the card back.
The guarantee is tied to the card, not to a receipt — we keep the record on our side.
