Offer Terms

Submitting an offer does not charge you, does not create an account, and does not bind you to buy. You are committed only when we issue an invoice and you choose to pay it.

Equally, an offer below the asking price does not bind us. We may accept it, decline it, or counter it.

An offer at or above the published asking price reserves that card in your name for 24 hours from the time we receive it, and the listing is closed to other offers for that period.

If payment is not settled or arranged inside those 24 hours, the reservation lapses automatically and the card returns to the board without further notice.

Every card carries a private minimum. An offer below it is declined immediately and you are told the minimum, so your next offer is informed rather than guessed.

An offer above the minimum but below the asking price is read by a person and answered within twelve business hours with an acceptance, a decline, or a counter.

Where a card already has an offer under review, later offers are logged as backups in the order received and worked in that order if the first falls through.

If a listing shows an obviously wrong price — a missing digit, a misplaced decimal — we will tell you rather than hold you to it, and you will get the chance to offer again at the corrected price.
