What we keep, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into an offer or an enquiry: your name, email, phone if you give it, and the contents of your message. There is no account system on this site and no tracking pixels from ad networks.
Your offer sheet is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you choose to send it.
What we do with it
Answer your offer, arrange payment and shipping, and keep a record of the sale so the authenticity guarantee can be honoured later.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the business, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you made an offer.
Asking us to forget you
Email the desk and we will delete everything we hold on you that we are not legally required to keep for tax records.
