Three days to look at it in person, holder unbroken.
The window
You have three days from delivery to return any card for a full refund, provided the holder has not been cracked and the card is in the same condition it left in.
Tell us inside the window and take a reasonable time to ship it back — we care about the notice, not the postmark.
Who pays return shipping
We do, if the card did not match its description — including any flaw we failed to disclose.
You do, if you simply changed your mind. Return it insured; until it is back in the vault it is your card.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within three business days of the card arriving and passing inspection.
