The honest description
Early foils curl, which is why almost none of them grade above a 9. This one sat flat enough to slab cleanly.
The signature is a silver paint pen applied in person, unsmudged, and it is recorded on the CGC label rather than treated as an alteration.
Dark-bordered foils show edge wear badly. All four edges here are clean under a loupe.
